As an Administrative Assistant, you will assist the Country Manager – Egypt / Hub Leader, LENA, and the Egypt team in their administrative needs.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Responsible for the effective coordination and follow-through of the activities and commitments of the Country Manager by producing and managing an integrated master calendar of key events, dates, and deadlines that are critical to the conduct of the BD business.

  • Supporting the daily tasks of the Country Manager including creating and editing presentations and ppt files.

  • Operating expense review and preparation for Country Manager (actuals vs. budget).

  • Support and coordinate communication and surveys with the regional team.

  • Provides day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors.

  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.

  • Registering new associates and keeping the organizational charts up to date.

  • Scheduling and preparation of all meetings (internal & external) and arranging travel needs (incl. COVID travel protocols).

  • Preparation of expense reports and processing into Concur.

  • Coordinating temporary staffing requirements as needed, including support with new associate on-boarding.

  • Content / Sharepoint coordination (content, organization, access).

  • External vendors registration & PO management.

  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

About You:-

  • College or University Degree required, MBA is a plus

  • 3- 5 years experience in Administrative responsibilities in MNC environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with Microsoft SharePoint preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently with little supervision.

  • Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.

  • Good decision making skills

  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.

  • Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.

  • Be poised, patient, courteous, and maintain a professional manner.

  • Ability to work as a team member that fosters a team approach in meeting the country goals.

  • High personal integrity and ethical standards.
