About the role
Due to expansion, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for an SAP Administrator to work for BD, a leading medical technology company based in West Sussex, Crawley. The SAP Data Entry Process Administrator will be working within our Technical Services Department and in collaboration with our remote shared services team supporting transactions in SAP for the service and repair of electronic capital medical equipment.
Main responsibilities will include:
Reporting to the Assistant Service Manager you will be accountable for Invoicing & Maintenance of billing plans for customer contracts on SAP, ensuring financial values are accurate and up to date. You will be processing Sales orders for spare-parts onto SAP, receiving materials and processing orders. You will be key in producing important metric reports, supporting and training staff and carrying out transactions, including inventory management in S4 environment. Further responsibilities include:
Administering purchase order transactions and assisting with the creation of stock transfer orders.
Collaborating closely with internal and external parties to ensure the customer receives their scheduled orders.
Support the maintenance of master data and ensuring data accuracy including correction of Technical Service dept user data entry errors.
Support organisational change including training of staff in new SAP transactions and or providing staff holiday cover.
Periodic reviews of usage reports for key customers
Ultimately you will become the principal go to person for data entry and process queries within the Technical Service Department SAP system. The role will be supported by our SAP shared services group in Poland.
We offer a potential for working from home up to 2 days per week after the qualifying period.
About you
You certainly have minimum 2 years’ experience utilising SAP (Ideally SAP S/4HANA). You have excellent interpersonal and administration skills and enjoy communicating with external and internal partners. Knowledge of Salesforce.com would be advantageous for the role.
