Therapy Development Specialist, ESKD, EMEA

Job Description Summary

The ESKD Therapy Development Manager, EMEA,will work directly with the EMEA sales force to support qualified doctors who have completed the training process through the WavelinQ certification process.  This individual will assist sales reps and doctors in patient screening, case planning, and cannulation training.  This role will also focus on the granular elements of EndoAVF program development, nephrology education, improve patient-screening workflows, and orchestrate comprehensive patient mapping to dialysis centers for effective cannulation technique and patient education. Additionally, the ESKD Therapy Development Manager will develop WavelinQ advocacy campaigns, cross-functionally with both Marketing and Clinical Affairs.

Job Description

This role is in close collaboration with the ESKD Market Development Specialist for general support of all things related to the WavelinQ EndoAVF program.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist cross-functionally to analyze, plan, develop, and implement initiatives and training programs that will increase customer engagement and access, as well as internal stakeholder skills, knowledge, and practices.

  • Responsible for strategic alignment of course objectives, content, and programs to deliver on marketing objectives and salesforce needs, directly with the Regional BDPI Business Unit functions of Market Development, Marketing and Sales Training departments.

  • Foster relationships and leverage resources with partners at the BDPI Global Headquarters.

  • Maintain and increase awareness of competitive offerings and incorporate into training programs as applicable.

  • Establish metrics and measurements to evaluate the success of education and training programs.

  • Conduct assessments for general educational needs and learning styles unique to attendee groups (e.g. surgeons, physicians, nurses, allied health professionals) to determine the most effective educational modalities, channels, and environments for long-term learning.

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Must maintain current HCP registry and/or licensure

  • Must have a combination of 10+ years of lab, dialysis center, and/or clinical field experience

  • IT competent  

  • Willingness to travel minimum of 60%
