Customer Care Representative
Job Description Summary
As a Customer Care Representative, you are part of a diverse team. You are responsible for managing customer inquiries and developing strong customer relations with internal and external customers.
You are the first point of contact for external customers: answering calls and written inquiries, provide information concerning orders, products and deliveries
You supervise back-order situations
You handle claims: logging and following up of customer claims
You support the daily tasks of our Customer Care Department (creation of credit notes, returns and replacements)
You actively look for improvements in the process
You act as the central contact point for all internal BD departments that need to provide input or need to be advised (local sales department, supply chain department, ...)
You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience. You have experience in a customer-centric function and always place the customer first. In addition, you have outstanding commercial and problem-solving skills, and you enjoy a variety of administrative tasks. People describe you as someone with a positive attitude, who loves to work on projects to improve processes & efficiency. Last but not least, you are proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
