As Order Fulfillment Support Agent, you play a key role in optimizing customer experience by supervising all incoming questions related to logistic execution and securing an accurate and timely solution. You analyze incoming request and work closely together with internal & external partners to improve our service delivery in the end-to-end order fulfillment process.

Your responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage questions on logistics execution;

  • Monitor internal questions raised to the Market Logistics organization based on case management tool.

  • Act as a trusted specialist to provide answers or guide the question to the right stakeholder.

  • Timely follow up and communication on open items.

  • Build knowledge database & FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) based on gained expertise.

• Perform Analysis and propose continuous improvement to our E2E Order Fulfillment process.

• Assure professional communication, keeping in mind Customer Experience and E2E process optimization.

• Have regular contact with your key partners:

  • Supply Chain community: Materials Distribution organization, Supply Chain Planning, Markets Logistics.

  • Customer Care Organization.

  • Carriers and forwarders.

  • Other stakeholders contributing to the E2E OF process.

Your profile:

You just graduated with a Bachelor or Master degree and have a first knowledge of Supply Chain and/or Order Fulfillment. Knowledge of OF tools & systems is a nice to have. Others would describe you as someone with outstanding interpersonal skills and a true problem solver, as well as someone well-structured that can prioritize his/her own work. You are a change agent: you can deal with ambiguity and support partners in the change journey. Last but not least, you are proficient in English.
