About the role
You are supporting the Sales Team BeNeLux in creating offers, processing orders, handling service contracts, following up on open receivables as well as reporting.
You will report to the Leader International Sales Support in Germany, and represent the Team member Sales Support BeNeLux in case of absence.
This is a fast-paced, varied role and requires excellent organization and communication skills.
BD offers excellent support, career development and hybrid working (2-3 day per week required in our Erembodegem office).
Main responsibilities will include:
Commercial order handling (Capital & Annuity)
Quote to Cash Process
Your key objectives will be:
Secure timely and sufficient offers
Secure punctual and sufficient order entries and invoicing (Capital und Annuity)
Helping to notice weak points within the processes
Your main tasks will be
Create quotes using CRM (camos, report builder)
Build order in CRM and ERP system (Sage Office Line and Exact Online)
Create order confirmation
Produce customer invoice
Create Additional Offers in CRM
Follow up and report on receivables
Revenue information end customer
Quotes for service outside of service contracts
Invoices for spare parts and for service contracts and service beyond service contracts
Refitting and Dismounting quotes
Single item quotes
Provide monthly revenue and forecast data
Monitoring of rental contracts
Maintain service contract details
Provide bank guarantees to end customer
Enter compensations in Sage
Maintain contract changes
Keep CRM & ERP account details up-to-date
With a technical background and familiarity with machines, you appreciate working in an international environment and with high interaction with different teams like finance, sales and projects teams.
You have administration experience and/or a bachelor's in Business administration with demonstrated experience in the same function.
You have good communication skills and are a great teammate. You're structured and organized and have proven knowledge of MS Office. Also, you have solid understanding of CRM, ERP and databases.
Your Dutch and English are absolutely fluent, other languages such as French would be a great advantage.
