To support our Benelux Tender & Pricing team, we are looking for a Tender & Pricing Representative.
In this role, you function as the administrative coordinator of BD Tenders, by working closely with the sales organization.

Responsibilities:

Tender Management:

• Administratively coordinate a tender dossier in collaboration with the account managers of the BD Business Unit. Act as a strategic partner to our business partners and create/share reporting

• Collect all information and capture data from partners while assuring a timely submission of tender files in order to meet the required deadlines.

• Contribute to and help maintain the team SharePoint site and will support the further optimization of valuable documents.

Pricing & contract management:

• General management of offers and contract renewals: Follow-up on existing price-agreements for specific dossiers 

• Build a solid understanding of the products for different BD Business Units and customer structures for the Benelux.

• Manage price lists

• Responsible for resolution of pricing tickets

Your profile:

A bachelor’s degree or previous relevant working experience. Your administrative & organizational skills are incredible, as well as your interpersonal skills. You have experience in the use of MS Office applications, and your Excel skills are quite good. Others would describe you as a creative person with a hands-on and proactive mindset, but also as someone who can work independently and accurately. Last but not least, you have good knowledge of Dutch, English & French.
