About the role

Are you a hands-on, hard-working, high-energy, proactive, dynamic Specialist, with start-up and consultative mentality? If yes, we encourage you to join our team as Technical Field Service Engineer. You can expect a verity of tasks and a nice balance between 75% in-field (supporting our customers on-site in region North/East) and 25% Home-office (Technical Hotline & online support)

Main responsibilities will include:

• Customer site activities (Supporting IT Implementation of new devices, Sales Support, Software updates & upgrades, maintenance, hardware configuration, User training)
• Technical Hot Line & Online support
• Internal & External Technical training
• Service contracts & provider coordination

About you

• Bachelor or Technical degree (IT, Electronics or Biomed)
• Technical IT background and Experience in the area of Medical devices
• Excellent presentation and communication
• Proficient in German, good knowledge of English both oral and written
• Good skills in MS Office
• Driver License
