Job Description Summary

The Product Manager (m/f/i) Digital Health is part of the Diabetes Care Team in Central Europe and will be responsible to define and execute the commercial strategy and tactics of our Digital Health solutions.

As a Product Manager (m/f/i) Digital Health, you will be part of the Diabetes Care Team in Central Europe and will be responsible to define and execute the commercial strategy and tactics of our Digital Health solutions. You will actively contribute to the overall Diabetes Care strategy and work closely with the R&D, Market Access, MarCom, Medical, and Sales teams to ensure the success of our offerings.

You will plan, test and deliver product content for new releases and launches, prioritize and communicate product requirements to guide R&D, perform market and competitive analysis, and work with partners. You will also engage with Diabetes Care KOLs and communities and you need to have great communication, teamwork, and persuasion skills.

This is a home-based role (preferably with permanent residence in Germany) and requires frequent travel within the assigned region Central Europe as well as regular on-site presence in Heidelberg, Germany.

Job Description

  • Understand the market, trends and stakeholder needs, develop strategy and roadmap for Diabetes Care Digital Health solutions in Central Europe

  • Research competitive solutions, documenting their relative strengths and weakness to develop competitive positioning and collect input for new releases

  • Work with the Digital Health project team to manage releases and updates of our offerings and bring new solutions to market

  • Define and manage the pre-launch, launch and post-launch activities

  • Prioritize and document requirements, and new features for new releases of our offerings

  • Work with our sales teams to respond to customer inquiries; deliver customer presentations and demos and support the overall sales process

  • Support sales and marketing activities including creating presentations, blogs, demos, and other technical collateral for our offerings

  • Review and provide feedback on the documentation for our offerings

You will work in a dynamic team-based environment where individual contributions make a difference and report to the Marketing Manager, Diabetes Care, CE directly.

Your profile

  • Done it before: show us how you have built or shaped a Digital Application Product before, ideally in a healthcare context

  • Proficiency in a PM's stack: Recognizing user & customer needs, analyzing and visualizing data, writing specs & tickets, communicating clearly & listen carefully, creating roadmaps, successfully launching a Digital product and managing feature releases

  • Strong quantitative skills and analytical mindset with academic training

  • An eye for detail but also the big picture in mind

  • High EQ and excellent communication skills

  • You are proactive and do have an open-minded, agile attitude

  • You work independent and goal oriented

  • Fluency in German and English
