We are currently recruiting as Project Planning assistant to join our IT department in Le Pont de Claix (Grenoble) BDM-Pharmaceutical business unit.

The role to be taken will be to support mainly a capacity expansion Program from an IT project management perspective...

This program is made of different streams (creation of a new plant, plant expansion, new manufacturing line, increase existing line efficiency, new material flows..) where IT is contributing implementing infrastructure and deploying software (SAP..). This program is a multi year program.

The Project Planning assistant will be in charge of making sure the contribution of IT to the different streams executes the implementation and roll out as planned. This will have to be done in a harmonized way and making sure all different IT stakeholders communicate and share the right information in the right time.

The Project Planning assistant must be ready to support the IT program manager (business partner) and the different IT project leader to help in implementing those major changes and making sure no activities have been missed out.

Missions

As Project Planning assistant you will be responsible for:

·Supporting IT streams and program leader with their plannings to ensure the timelines are respected and all activities are performed on time

·Tracking and communicating the program metrics

·Tracking the risk dashboards and related actions

·Monthly budget tracking

·Connect with the different IT Project leader and business project leader to align milestones, deliverables and timelines

·Support the program leader in the preparation of the different workshops

In this role you will be able to work in a project and transverse environment with many different functions and use your organization and communication skills.

Profil

Formation : student preparing master 2 like Ecole d’ingénieur,   IAE Systèmes d’Information et Supply Chain Management,  Master en Management Stratégique…

Aptitudes :

Ideally with a organizational experience background within the administrative services, Supply chain, events organization, R&D, IT and/or you have already coordinated and planned projects to support project leaders.

You are ready to work in English in a multicultural environment with a team located all over the world. Ideally experience in an international environment.

You are a multitask and organized person and are able to have a good view and perception of all the ongoing tasks. You adapt quickly to the change and so can quickly be autonomous.

You are curious and able to understand the information lifecycle from a manufacturing enterprise. Knowledge in IT is not required.

You have a good understanding of project management basics and are able to support and track the project leaders’ activities in the different streams. You will be introduced to the BD IT project management methodology so that you can follow progress against plan in a harmonized way. You will know when to warn the project leaders in the right time if a planning is drifting.
