Job Description

Reporting to the Global Portfolio and Product Marketing Senior Director we’re looking for our Global Portfolio Marketing Manager who will be responsible for supporting global marketing and brand management for our vaccine & anticoagulant portfolio with a focus on strategic marketing input, market development and promotion tools preparation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, translate and use customer insights as critical inputs in the development program to identify product differentiation, dialogue with R&D and Medical Affairs, and other customer support functions such as Regulatory Affairs and technical Services, in order to deliver differentiated offering with attractive value proposition and evidence-based claims for our customers and to run product life cycle for sustained value over time.
  • Seeks inputs from others across the organization to fine tune and adapt the marketing strategy of your portfolio to reflect meaningful nuances in customers’ needs and other legitimate market challenges
  • Propose campaign strategies including target segments and personas, adapted offerings and corresponding go to market strategies and message platform. Conduct market, therapeutic area, unmet needs and pipeline assessments in collaboration with the segment business directors to propose, lead and refresh market segmentation (e.g., Market Atlas) and analyze key trends and critical market growth segments.
  • Lead marketing implementation of the campaigns to ensure in coordination with regional teams and platforms, successful global launch of new products and offerings: build and implement global plans for market development/ launch/ market penetration plans, ensuring transparency and cross functional alignment on critical strategic success factors for the products in a variety of markets
  • Ownership of the successful execution and alignment of regional marketing programs through local sales and marketing plans (including sales training and marketing communication)
  • Supply the market analysis to the annual strategic and financial planning process working with the Global portfolio marketing director and the global therapeutic segment business directors.

Who are you?

We are looking for an individual who has a track record of bringing innovative ideas to scale through expert knowledge of key marketing and product development concepts and processes. You also bring experience in strategic innovation, portfolio management and new product introductions, preferably in medical devices or any other highly regulated industry (pharmaceutical, food, aeronautics…)

You can bring a strong experience from life sciences or medical device industry or any other highly regulated industry (pharmaceutical, food, aeronautics…)

It is crucial that your have excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills in order to establish professional relationships in a multicultural workplace and across all organization levels.

In addition you are:

  • Well organized, highly motivated, process driven and results oriented with the ability to rebalance priorities and assume responsibility in a multi-tasking environment
  • Hardworking, confident, able to act independently and demonstrate sound business judgment within the scope of guidelines
  • Strategic problem solver, with excellent analytical skills and ability to identify and synthetize useful insights

Finally you have a proficient level of English and good level capacity of French.
