Purpose of the role:
Work globally to achieve Business operational objectives across Operations Network by:
- Driving definition and execution of Sustainability strategy.
- Conducting risk assessments and improving Business Continuity Plans.
Responsibilities:
- Drive definition of the Pharmaceutical Systems (PS) business unit Operations strategy for Sustainability performance improvement, in alignment with 2030+ Company’s sustainability goals.
Collaborate with Corporate and Business teams to foster best practices implementation across the global Operations Network.
Report on program performance to internal and external stakeholders. - Conduct risk assessments, identify mitigation activities, and coordinate Business Continuity Plan improvement through harmonization of BCP practices across the PS global Operations Network, including with vendors, in compliance with the Integrated Supply Chain framework.
Manage communication and maintain visibility on BCP with business stakeholders (customers, Corporate, Integrated Supply Chain, authorities…). - Plan, organize and execute related operational excellence projects across the PS global Operations Network.
Required knowledge and experience:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years in regulated industrial environment (Operations; Quality; Environment, Health & Safety)
- Proven contribution in Risk Management and/or Sustainability initiatives in industrial operations
- Strong Project Management skills
- Experience working globally, with ability to lead and influence in cross-functional and multicultural teams without direct authority
- Ability to document a business case (financial justification, CB2)
- Proficient level of English language
- Communications skills, both written and oral
Key stakeholders:
- Project Leaders and functional Leaders in manufacturing sites
- Pharmaceutical Systems global Functions (Engineering, QA, Procurement, Supply Chain…)
- Corporate Functions (Integrated Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk, Global Sustainability & EHS….)
- Vendors for indirect services and capital projects

- Frequent travel expected
