Role overview and responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Integrated Supply Chain Strategy and Program Leadership, the Senior Manager of Transformation Program Management is accountable for the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) transformation program governance.
Partnering with workstream owners from various ISC operations and functions, the Sr. Program Manager is in charge of providing overall assessment of program progress, identify transversal themes that could scale Demand-Driven Agile Supply Chain (DDASC) transformation and coordinate ISC resources to widen and deepen the demand-driven agile supply chain transformation.
The role is responsible for establishing close partnership with workstream owners to drive progression of each workstream; provide oversight of various workstreams and ensure best coordination of the efforts and resources across ISC Segments and functions; identify roadblocks and competency gaps that should be addressed and recommend pragmatic and impactful next steps to deepen the demand-driven agile supply chain transformation.
Role Requirements
Experience
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics and/or Supply Chain Transformation.
Progressive responsibility to influence various Supply Chain stakeholders and drive change at scale.
Prior experience in consulting, Supply Chain design and driving end-to-end Supply Chain transformation through digital technologies / advanced analytics is a big plus.
Competencies
Foundational knowledge in upstream and downstream Supply Chain processes.
Experience in advancing Supply Chain maturity through solidifying Supply Chain foundations, leveraging systems and advanced analytics to drive higher Supply Chain performance and effective SIOP/decision making processes.
Ability to influence without authority.
Capable to deep-dive detailed processes and capable to step back with big-picture thinking.
Education
Degree in general engineering, analytics and/or Supply Chain management
