Customer Service Representative reporting to our Customer Service Manager, you will be in charge of daily C.S. activities such as orders processing/resolution of customers/Sales requests received by calls and mails, resolution of systems issues interacting with our IT.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be in charge of daily C.S. activities such as orders processing/resolution of customers/Sales requests received by calls and mails, resolution of systems issues interacting with our IT.

Your main responsabilities:

• Take care of the requests coming from customers,  Sales such as date of stock delivery, back order resolution, items substitutions
• Take care of requests and information coming from EDC
• Daily release  of orders from administrative hold
• Manage complaints and returns
• Good understanding of how consignments work, preferably experienced in consignments activities

You must have:

• 4 years experience in Customer Service in a similar role (logistic)
• Experience in managing order with stock on manual allocation
• Experience in managing orders with short shelf life stock
• Cooperative and proactive attitude
