About the role
As customer service representative reporting to our Customer Service Supervisor, will work in the customer service team and among your main responsibilities you will be able to manage incoming calls, e-mails, service complaints and also provide full support to back office activities. Strong relationship skills, problem solving orientation, dynamism are key abilities.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting towards internal and external clients
- Ability to deal with complains
- Follow up of the orders
- Good Excel Level
- Fluency in Englis
University degree or diploma is required, you’ll have a proven track record in customer service, including the ability of handle call and emails, order-related issues, ideally within the medical devices/healthcare sector. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, you’re also strong on dealing with complicated clients/cases..
