An exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager PI, Norway has arisen.

Reporting to the Nordic Sales Manager, Peripheral Intervention (PI) division this role has a key position to develop the sales in Norway.

Key responsibilities of the position include:

  • Placing the customer at the heart of everything you do, focus on customer needs and relationship building in order to bring value to our customers.

  • Collaboration as one team is key - share your ideas to influence business strategy and also the success of your colleagues.

  • Sales Budget responsibility

  • Tender responsibility. Work with customers, reference groups, purchasers and other players that are relevant to the business to ensure the best possibility to win upcoming territory tenders.

  • Plan all sales- and marketing related activities in the territory.

  • Be an active part in PI and an active collaboration with other colleges within PI but also cross-divisional.

  • Develop and define the sales strategy for your own territory (use 365 planning and sales tool).

  • Plan and book all customer visits to make sure you have a consistent, well-thought of and complete customer visit schedule at all times.

  • Work closely with your manager for PI to reach your goals.

  • Using your product knowledge and quick thinking to always be encouraging, e.g. in the operation theater or in workshops to educate doctors, nurses and other staff how to accurately use and maintain our life-changing products.

Education & experience

The ideal candidate will likely have a University degree ideally in a medical field, and 5- 10 proven experience working in a hospital environment. We are searching for a candidate who is capable of leading and training M.Ds and nurses with the aid of imaging tool.

Key competencies the candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent communications, technical and presentation skills.

  • Relations with Vascular surgeons on territory is a clear advantage.

  • Bravery, willingness to stretch the comfort zone in order to develop you, the team, our business as well as our customers.

  • Being a great teammate.

  • Experience in sales of medical devices.

  • Computer skills- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency in Norwegian and conversational knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of other Nordic languages is considered an advantage.
