About the role
We are recruiting a Quality Technician who will be responsible for monitoring all the operational aspects of the quality hold work department. You will be responsible for leading the hold work process of non-conforming material on the shop floor pre & post sterile. These tasks will include resampling, blocking, scrapping, releasing, and moving product in a controlled manner using the IT systems.
Working hours for this shift: 23:00-11:00/ 3 days on, 3 days off basis with a very attractive shift allowance.
Key responsibilities will include:
Raising Quality Notifications and ensuring that the non-conforming product is segregated and identified.
Conducting regular cycle counts of hold work as required.
Device History Record auditing to ensure that all records are complete and comply with GMP requirements.
Product inspections as required by the process control plans which may include moulding product dimensional checks, needle functional checks and any others that require Quality support.
Support SAP/Flexnet requests - blocking and unblocking of product, investigating product quantity discrepancies
Providing support on audits and validation/ trial runs in manufacturing
About you
The successful candidate will have experience in a controlled manufacturing environment. You will be IT literate with a working knowledge of MS Office. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills and be able to make decisions and communicate the detail clearly to members of the production team.
