The MTI/TIC located in San Agustin (Madrid) is looking for a junior process engineer wishing to join our product development team. As Process Engineer, you will be accountable and lead the development of manufacturing equipment its installation. You will collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, with engineers overseas or in the manufacturing site.

The ideal candidate will be educated at degree level in Engineering, preferably in Automation or Mechanical or a related discipline, with 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing or product life cycle environment. Requirements:

• Assembly and packaging technologies knowledge.

• Change control procedures and quality tools understanding

• Understanding of statistical concepts and analysis.

The ideal candidate should have:

• "Hands-on" profile, taking responsibility to execute tasks

• Capability to work in an unclear solution environment

• Strong communication skills & fluent English communication (C1)
