In this position you will be accountable for:
After acquiring a deep understanding of our product portfolio you are going to work in Sweden on your territory and providing our customers with an excellent service, while maintaining a keen commercial sense. Key responsibilities will include working on repairs and preventive maintenance according to BD quality standards, in a timely and efficient manner and completing administrative processes as required.
Cooperating closely with sales and other teams to drive the commercial success of the business and developing positive relationships.
Actively promoting products and services, using your status as ‘Trusted Advisor’, and meeting previously agreed targets.
Giving feedback to all customers/market intelligence, looking after complaints, or dissatisfaction through the accurate channels, and ensuring proper follow-up where needed.
Running customer technical training courses as required using internal quality-controlled manuals and training documentation.
Looking after the maintenance, calibration and safekeeping of all tools and test equipment.
Providing timely and accurate feedback, to the Country Service Leader, on specific issues as they arise and with the relevant action.
Managing car stock inventory optimally to achieve accuracy and correct stock levels.
Attending and contributing to business meetings and participating in improvement projects as required.
Finding opportunities for additional Service revenue generation.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:
The ideal candidate should be educated to a degree in electronics or similar with 5+ years of work experience in a service or operations environment, preferably within the medical sector. Strong technical orientation and experience supporting proprietary and standard applications is desired. A good knowledge of PC hardware, Windows operating systems and basic networking would be expected.
On a personal level, we are looking for a great teammate who has the ability to positively give to a friendly environment, supporting others, and working independently even under pressure. As our business is developing and growing we are seeking someone who can support us in adopting change.
The role will require regular travel within Sweden and across the Nordics to support colleagues & customers as required. Travelling to meetings and training courses and conferences will be required from time to time.
