About the role
In this role you will be driving strategic initiatives in the Nordic region,maintaining and establishing key customer relations and work with sales teams in all countries to ensure we reach our business objectives. Reporting to Country Business Leader BD Interventional, you will be cooperating with the Nordic Sales Team and contributing with initiatives and intelligence to continue to develop our market shares in the different regions.
This business consists of two main clinical areas, End Stage Renal Disease and Peripheral Arterial Disease. Main focus in solutions like WavelinQ (new solution), Covera, Rotarex and Aspirex, Lutonix, Lifestent. All products plays central part in our offer to create, restore, maintain and treat blow flow in arteries and veins. .
Main responsibilities will include:
Having product ownership in tenders.
Driving local Nordic execution of BDI PI ESRD/PAD strategies
Participating in the marketing plan development and creation
Managing and communicating new product introductions and status/changes to all key stakeholders, interacting with European and local supply chain, local management, customer service, distribution channels and end users.
Dedicating time to and interacting with KOL’s, external parties and field-based teams to sense the market and support your product strategies.
Analyze and develop insights to direct our strategies and tactics for the product responsibilities (Build, monitor and analyze market share data by key business segments).
Communicating continuously with stakeholders to share trends, competition behaviors, change in environment, feedback from the field, learning from campaigns & initiatives.
Creating local marketing communication projects (e.g. workshops, mailings, exhibitions, theme days) including digital activities (e.g. digital campaigns, content marketing)
Ensuring close collaboration with European marketing team to influence regional strategy and ensure local country implementation.
Together with the Sales Manager: - Develop a professional understanding of customer needs by segment and create, adapt and implement strategies and tactics within our strategic imperatives - Develop market expert knowledge in terms of quantitative data and qualitative data.
Interface with European product/ marketing managers to share and keep up to date with market data.
Contribute to quarterly financial forecasts and budget planning

About you
To be successful in this position you are certainly educated to a degree level, preferably in marketing. You certainly have minimum 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales within Medical Devices or Pharma. Previous clinical experience and digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
Furthermore you have the following skills and qualifications:
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work cross-functional
Positive attitude and mindset
Working proficiency in English and one of the Nordic languages;
Ability and willingness to travel: approximately 25% (customer visits, co travelling, conferences, internal and external meetings, exhibitions etc.).
You are preferably based in Stockholm. Otherwise close to any Nordic major airport.
