Nordic Product Manager is a key person in driving product management in the Nordics, maintaining and establishing key customer relations and working with sales teams in all countries to ensure we reach our business objectives. Drive our marketing strategy for DC products and dedicate time to interact with KOLs.

About the role

Health care moves quickly, so it's important that we work closely with health care bodies (TLV, regional boards and local physician associations) to help them understand the issues that affect the medical device markets and our customers. BD Diabetes Care is looking for quick-witted, ambitious, and intellectually curious person to join our Nordic team. Ideal candidates will be inspiring advocates and enthusiastic team players, eager to help shape the strategic direction of health care.

Main responsibilities will include:

In this role you will manage and communicate new product introductions and status changes. You will be accountable for specified steps of the tender management process and creating local marketing communication projects including digital activities (e.g., DC app, digital campaigns, content marketing). Participating in the marketing plan development and creation market research activities, including Voice of Customer and post-market surveillance will be key.

Further responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Supporting Field Force deployment with Digital tools;

  • Collaborating on projects with HCP, Nurse and Patients
  • Contributing to the selling of the “digital” part of DC portfolio (BDDC™ App Launch Nordic roll out)

Working on Reimbursement process of the BD DC™ App;

  • Collaborate in a continuous manner with the Market Access team about pre-tender engagement
  • Owning the monitoring and analysis of the Nordic market (patient demographics, competition, industry trends, and public policies) and the definition of the Diabetes Care digital value proposition for each strategic imperative.

Act as a Marketing Champion around product and digital launches.

Be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the DC Nordic marketing plan and marketing budget.

About you

The successful candidate will certainly be educated to a degree level and have a demonstrated experience in a similar function preferably within the healthcare sector. Further skills and qualifications needed:

  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.

  • Experience in project management

  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills, ability to work autonomously.

  • Experience of tender management

  • Proficient English and a Nordic language

  • Sales Force CRM system for marketing support

  • Compliance with regulations is a very important aspect of the job, and confidentiality is a must

  • Ability and willingness to travel 50-80 days/year (customer visits, conferences, internal and external meetings, exhibitions including overnight stays).
