Here at BD, we are looking to recruit an experienced professional to help us deliver the best outcomes to our customers to increase the safety and efficacy of medication management solutions. Interoperability and digital transformation are one of the top priorities and therefore a solid technology interest with successful commercial experiences is a great benefit. We are opening this new role to drive the commercial strategies in the Nordics developing our interoperability, integration, and platform solutions, helping our highly valuable customer develop their medication management capabilities. Increasing level of automation, close the medication management loop and increase full traceability enabling increased patient safety. The position will drive the strategy implementation, lead marketing initiatives and tighter with a wider team to deliver connected medication management solutions. This requires interest in solution design for advanced capital equipment’s and integrated software solutions. The person should be able to manage multitasks for multi solutions with ability to lead projects to keep high visibility and optimise the utilisation of internal and externa resources. High level of international collaboration assignments.
Main Responsibilities
- Outline and drive the Nordic strategic initiatives for medication management solutions.
- Develop highly successful market initiatives in collaboration with EMEA marketing team.
- Drive Nordic strategy for medication management capital equipment and integrated software solutions go to market initiatives.
- Experienced in project management and program management with proven record of successful contributions delivering complex project.
- Be in the centre and successfully supporting teams to deliver interoperability and integration solutions in the Nordics.
- Aware of the Nordic hospital pharmacy and-/or hospital IT systems related to regulatory and compliance.
- Lead the strategy on how to support the customers digital transformation projects in the Nordics.
- Lead strategy on initiatives to drive process-focused pre-sales success initiatives; develop educating initiatives that facilitate current and future healthcare providers to understand the impact and value of closed loop medication management.
- Support team of business development executives as well as sales representatives to drive healthcare providers transformation success. Provide professional support in digital technology assessments for team members.
- Demonstrates leadership by displaying strategic thinking, having a growth mindset, focusing on results, skill growth, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to produce testimonials and process-transformation studies to further explain and promote adoption of medication management technologies.
- In collaboration with regional (EMEA) platform teams have the ability to lead Nordic projects in interfacing and pioneering initiatives. Expanding BD medication management solutions in the Nordics .
- Support the organisation of Business Development Executives in tender process management.
- HealthCare IT savvy – ability to drive initiatives and act as a leader in Integration and interoperability platform implementations.
- Align with the Platform Marketing, R&D and Product Development to inform and support strategies to ensure current and future roadmaps.
The ideal candidate will have Bachelor’s degree in business, Pharmacy, IT, Integration Engineer, or related fields. Demonstrate leadership by being customer focused, displaying critical thinking, having a growth attitude, focusing on results, skill growth, and continuous improvement. Have the ability to develop in-depth knowledge of hospital IT integration and Healthcare IT infrastructure, driving the strategy and market initiatives within medications management technology, and have effective consultative professional skills and practices as measured by positive internal and external feedback. Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills are a must! Strong communication and influencing skills are crucial.
Preferred additional skills:
- Good strategic marketing skills, including demonstrated success in launching new products.
- Understanding of different IT (healthcare) systems.
- Experience in IT Interoperability – preferably in healthcare.
- 3-4 years with relevant experience. Marketing is beneficial.
- Knowledge in HL7 and integration
- Comfortable in working cross culture-/ cross country-/ and in international cross functional teams.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technical Discipline, or related field required
- Master or higher preferred

- Ability to travel.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
PRIMARY LOCATION
- BD Nordic office in Stockholm or any of BD offices in the Nordic capital regions alternatively remote or semi remote in the Nordic countries.
