As an EDC Operations CI Analyst you are responsible to actively look for improvement opportunities within the EDC Temse Campus, and this within the BD Production System culture. While reporting to the EDC CI Manager and you will lead/support CI projects that (in)directly impact the overall operations within the EDC Temse campus and this in cooperation with the related departments/stakeholders.

These opportunities will either be derived from the calculation, the analysis, and the reporting of several Key Performance Indicator and key metrics for which you as the EDC Operations CI Analyst will also be responsible for, or will be derived from the Zero Loss calculation in which you will actively participate.

You are also responsible, based on a trend analysis of interco complaints, for initiating, implementing, and monitoring the necessary corrective and preventive actions. You will ensure the necessary awareness is created for all involved parties to drive customer satisfaction & service/process excellence.

Main responsibilities:

• Actively look to continuously improve operational processes.
• Actively look to continuously improve/automate the reporting and analysis process.
• Lead/Support in various EDC CI projects and/or support E2E SC ad hoc projects by providing DC data analysis or by leading a project workstream.
• Interco service complaints:
  • Perform analysis on EDC categorized service complaints and create awareness on trends coming out of the analysis
  • Evaluate, propose & implement corrective and/or preventive actions on reported issues and suggest potential service/process improvements with a focus on Temse operations
• Act as backup for the EDC Operations CI Analyst – Inventory Expert
• Analysis/reporting of critical DC Metrics; Monthly EDC Temse KPI slide deck, EDC storage capacity metric (pallet/bin/shelf fill rates) (daily, weekly, monthly) including communication to SC LT and supply chain planning, arious other daily, weekly, or monthly reporting, and inventory Accuracy.

Your profile:
You have at least 4 or 5 years of experience in project management/product management. While you have done quite a few operational improvement projects in the last couple of years. Also, if you have experience in a distribution center that would be a plus but not a must! In addition, you have excellent communication skills (verbal & written), are action-orientated, and are result-driven! Using Microsoft Office applications is not a problem for you and you are proficient in Dutch and English.
