About the role
As Service Business Analyst, MMS EMEA, you will be a critical member of the EMEA Commercial Excellence team and will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks to support the growth of the Dispensing service business.
Main responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with commercial and Global Customer Service (GCS) teams to maximize service revenue and streamline/simplify processes to optimize performance
Building databasesand processes to monitor and optimize service contracts and revenue
Optimize performance,renewal cycles, forecasting accuracy, etc.
Identifying opportunities to grow service revenue and attachment rates
Coordinate with regional, platform, GCS, and other teams (e.g. IT) to optimize the processes and systems used to manage service contracts
Work with GCS to create a governance model for the cross collaboration between Commercial and GCS teams
Developing and running regular reports and dashboards to monitor performance
Perform root cause analysis for break fixes and identify permanent resolutions thru software fix or business process change
Gather userrequirements and design solutions on the Salesforce.comand other platforms to address them
Communicating actionable insights to senior leaders on a regular basis
About you
To deliver the performance that we are looking for, we need a degree-level educated professional with a proven experience working in analytical data management with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, ideally within a multinational corporation (experience in Medical Devices is not required though it would be a plus).
A very strong communicator, you are able to translate data into meaningful recommendations to share with the business. Analytical and data management skills are your key asset, as well as strong planning skills to be able to coordinate projects. You are passionate about delivering results for your organization. You are proficient in English, other languages are a plus.
Additional skills and requirements:
Good planning and organization skills (project management)
Strong analytical and data management skills
Able to articulate business requirements and bridge the gap with development teams and stakeholders
Gather user requirements, functional requirements, conduct analysis, design solutions on the Salesforce.com platform, and establish metrics for success.
Assist in developing data movement strategies and implementing data cleansing/data quality tools
2-4 years experience in business analysis, including financial forecasting
Demonstrable ability to translate business process and needs into functional requirements and solution design
Work across multiple time-zones
Experience with BI systems (PowerBI or QlikSense as an advantage), MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and Access, experience with SAP BPC is an advantage, experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce.com)
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, enjoying to work with numbers, accurate, attentive to details
