Job Description
Currently, we are looking for a Junior ProductMaster Data Specialist. Mainly, this role will be responsible for creation / update / de-activation of Master Data in ERP system (LOTS) according to supply chain specifics for Europe and EMA and agreed timing.
Apart from that, below you will find other duties:
Alignment/communication of Product Master Data in alignment to Enterprise systems (Tahitit/Monaco/Fiji/Everest) according to agreed rules.
Responsible for data quality of Product Master Data objects as it relates to Regional data.
Deciding if the creation of objects is necessary; advising the correct Product Master Data object to requestor and coordination of object de-activation
Responsible for creating the connection/link between transactional and functional Product Master Data
Preparing reports on Team Leader demand
Maintaining the internal procedures according to agreed changes for the Master Data processes
Collaboration with different departments within BD e.g. Customer Care Organization; Order Management, Logistics COE, Supply Chain COE, Finance, Quality, Commercial Business, Service, etc.
A perfect candidate needs to speak fluent English and be familiar with MS Excel. Very good communication skills and willingness to work in a detail-focused way to seek improvements are desirable.
