Workplace and Shared Services is a multi-functional and cross-locations organization, set up to drive, measure and optimize key processes within BD moved to shared service centers for maximum effectiveness and efficiency. We are accomplishing this through deployment of a cross-functional shared services strategy that will be focused on data driven decision making and global processes excellence.
We are looking for a Reporting & Analytics Specialist who will be a part of Business Performance and Analytics team.
The role will be responsible for driving critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports, communicating these results to managers and providing suggestions based on the findings. Additional responsibilities include creating graphics and reports. We are seeking a profile with good business acumen and ability to translate diverse data structures/reports into insightful analysis and business initiatives.
The role is based in Wroclaw, Poland with reporting line to our Business Performance & Analytics Manager and will require close partnership with our centers located in United States, Poland, Malaysia and Chile.
Main objective of the role
Gathers data from multiple sources and assimilates into meaningful analysis to support the decision making of senior management and internal stakeholders
Conducts analysis, summarizes key findings and trends, and produces data sheets, graphics and presentations
Researches best practices, assists in seeking, evaluating and implementing new approaches
Helps with strategic planning and business development efforts
Customer-focused in defining quality and establishing priorities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economy or allied studies
2+ years' work experience in finance, accounting or other specific source to pay functions
Previous experience in reporting in Source to Pay area is highly preferred
Experience in a data analysis role or equivalent
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Desired: Experience using SAP, SQL
Ability to build and interpret different visualizations using Slicers, Lines, Pies, Histograms, Maps, Scatter, Bullets, Heat Maps, Tree maps etc.
