As a member of the Centralized Technical Service Office, the Technical Service Administrator supports the European Technical Service organization to deliver the best in class technical support of the Life Sciences instruments portfolio, create an excellent customer experience and drive field service efficiency.
In the role of Technical Service Administrator you will be responsible for proactively delivering on business goals related to the following tasks, in collaboration with associates from across the European and Global organization:
- Spare part order management
- Spare part reverse logistics
- Inventory cycle count
- Internal iOS app maintenance
- Instrument depot repair coordination
- Product master data maintenance
- Reporting on performance and efficiency of the business processes owned by the team
- Contributing to and leading projects assigned by the leadership
