The primary role of the Global Pricing Data Integrator - Senior Analyst is to coordinate the efforts and deliver reliable Global pricing databases for several Business Units, via efficient and visible technological and work process solutions. This task is delivered in a close collaboration with the members of the Global Pricing Center of Excellence.

This requires role require to contribute to the data transfer automation tasks, ensuring regular (weekly or monthly) data loads from various ERP systems located across the World and the creation/support of ETL work processes which combine various datasets: Customer, Product, Contract and Pricing Master Data into standardized databases (for example, Vendavo).

In addition to knowledge about certain technical solutions (listed below) which can help the person to be successful in this role, the Pricing Data Integrator must possess project management skills, evident via the ability to coordinate and contribute to diverse, cross-functional and cross-regional project teams involved in the work associated to Global/Regional/Country data sets.

Due to the fact that many of the partners are only partially involved in these data management efforts, excellent people management skills and ability to cope with sometime ambiguous organizational situations is also important. Moreover, the ability to define and document process flows for a solid data quality production purposes is also required. Project assignments include both IT infrastructure and applications focused projects.

Main roles & responsibilities:

  • Coordination and leadership of the database integration efforts, set-up of Global Pricing Databases

  • Maintaining senior leader/partner alignment to the program

  • Planning and implementation based on timelines agreed with the Team Leader responsible for Pricing Projects

As from a successful candidate, it is our expectation that the candidate has 3+ confirmed experience in a similar role combining project/program leadership and IT/data management, analytical skills.

Furthermore, the following skills and experiences are required:

  • Proactive approach towards solving organizational and procedural challenges linked to gaining access to data and gaining collaboration from partners

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT or similar field of study work experience

  • Previous experience leading the IT components of integration projects

  • Excellent communication skills, including experience communicating to senior leadership, resource forecasting, resource capacity planning, demand management, financial and budget management

  • Proven track record to work as part of a cross-functional, cross business, virtual project teams, a desire and comfort working in a fast-paced environment

  • Builds and maintains collaboration environments for projects

  • Ability to speak and write proficient English

  • Travel: Up to 30% internationally

Skills/proficiency in dealing with the following programming languages – expertise in these would be an advantage:

  • SQL

  • JavaScript

  • Web Services (REST, SOAP)

  • VBA

  • C++

  • .NET
