About the role
Asa Transparency Operations Analyst, you willbe responsible for extraction of a vendor, customer and transactional data from various source systems and databases that are relevant for transparency reporting processing. Also, you will identify, obtain and research invoice and other supporting documentation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate transaction nature and purposes, investigate in BD systems to identify other related information, as needed, and support transparency projects as needed.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Acquire and review of certain support documentation from various sources to support advanced compliance reviews and accurate remediation activities based on quality and control assessments.
- Remediate and format the data to enable the upload to the global transparency data processing and reporting tool and maintain up-to-date knowledge of global transparency reporting requirements, in order to assess general data quality issues that may impact the ability to report information to the state/government agencies.
- Perform high volume data validation and reconciliation.
- Maintain local detailed desktop procedures and process documentation according to Corporate Business Transparency guidance.
- Identify and prioritize any gaps in business processes, data controls, systems and data recommendations to Corporate Business Transparency team.
About you
- Undergraduate degree in a related business area
- Advanced level knowledge of English.
- Understanding of accounts payable processing and experience in reporting and analysis using ERP systems (SAP or others).
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- High comfortable with data, data mining and ability to manipulate and analyze; work with different file types (flat, system downloads, etc.).
- Incumbent must have good interpersonal/communication skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to drive an appropriate sense of urgency and accountability.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and appropriately follow-up for clarity.
- Experiences with travel expense payment processing systems (e.g., Concur) not required but strongly preferred.
- Experience/exposure to compliance not required but strongly preferred.
